I’m in Pittsburgh this weekend for the SUPERBOWL – the trip was planned before The Steelers we’re even in the playoffs so it’s a great coincidence that I get to see the superbowl with these over-the-top, thru-the-roof, die hard, STEELER FANS. (Already, it’s totally fun and the game is 24hours away!) Everyone is wearing black and gold – babies, dogs and store windows, et al.
So, I say it’s good for the soul to get so excited about something and what’s good for the soul is healthy. Enjoy the superbowl and jump up and down with every touchdown!
Went skiing in Colorado. The first time I snow ski every winter, I feel “beaten up” the next day. I think it has to do with muscles being cold as well as using muscles that aren’t in my regular repertoire. The blazing fire helps as does the whirlpool. Anyway, I wrote about ways to recuperate post-workout in this week’s Lifetime TV.com post.
